WEEK 1: ONBOARDING
Get to know your cohort and set your intentions for the six weeks ahead.
WEEK 2: USING AI EFFECTIVELY
Before you dive into applying AI to your everyday work, you need to know what it’s good at, and how to prompt it. Unlock the power of AI through fundamental concepts and proven prompting techniques.
WEEK 3: UNLOCK YOUR AI CO-STRATEGIST
AI is much more than a content generator -- it can be an amazing thought partner too. We'll teach you to use AI to do research, gut-check big decisions, and play devil's advocate on your strategy.
Week 4: ADVANCED AI USE CASES
Now that you know the basics, it’s time to apply AI to your own function or role. Spend the elective week diving into AI for marketing, product management, sales, or data analysis to understand how you can leverage AI in your day-to-day.
WEEK 5: Build a custom GPT
Time to start building your final project – a basic, custom GPT that you can use in your daily work. You’ll identify a workflow where AI can play a role and begin crafting your own AI bot tailored to your needs.
WEEK 6: POLISH AND PRESENT YOUR GPT
At the end of the program, you’ll refine your GPT and have the chance to present your project to your cohort.

This Mini-MBA has been designed to be suitable for beginners. You’ll learn the basics in the first week of the course and dive into more complex topics as the course goes on.
In order to fully participate in this Mini-MBA, you will need access to GPT-4 Plus
This Mini-MBA is for students who want to go deeper on foundational AI, connect with a new cohort, and leave with a custom GPT they can use at work. Members who have already taken AI for Strategic Decision Making, Building a Custom GPT, or some of our function-specific AI courses may find that there is some overlap with what they've already learned - so if you've taken a lot of our AI workshops, you may want to skip this program.
Yes, while this Mini-MBA covers more in-depth, advanced AI concepts, this is not a technical program. You will leverage no-code tools to build your AI assistant.
You’ll leave having built and refined a custom GPT that you can use in your daily work.
Yes - if you complete the program and submit your final project, you will receive a certification to share on your resume and LinkedIn.
