Launch an innovation project in 8 weeks
Are you facing a business challenge or opportunity, but don’t know where to start? Learn how to use AI as your innovation partner to evaluate, explore, and propose new innovations in your organization.
In this hands-on, intensive 8-week bootcamp, you’ll use the Lean LaunchPad method, one of the most popular programs at Berkeley and Stanford, to test and build an innovative solution for your company, leveraging AI at every point along the way. In addition, you’ll talk to real customers, run experiments, get feedback, and quickly iterate your idea. You’ll leave with a pitch deck for your stakeholders that outlines your business case and MVP.
What you'll learn
WEEK 1: MAP OUT YOUR BUSINESS MODEL
Start with the foundation. You’ll map out the key areas of your idea and identify areas for testing. Use your AI thought partner to brainstorm, refine, and prioritize ideas based on market data.
wEEK 2: ARTICULATE YOUR VALUE PROPOSITION
Value proposition is where you bring your idea to life for your internal customers. What value are you giving them?
WEEK 3: GET TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER SEGMENTS
Get out there and talk to your customers so you can better understand their needs, behaviors, and pain points. That way you’ll build something they actually need. Use your AI thought partner to conduct market research across industry reports, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback.
WEEK 4: EXPLORE DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS
Your idea only works if you have a way to effectively deliver it to your customers. What are the best ways to reach your customers given their preferences, and your company’s norms and structure.
WEEK 5: BUILD MEANINGFUL CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
Strong relationships mean lifelong customers. You’ll develop strategies for building long-term relationships to increase engagement and loyalty.
WEEK 6: OUTLINE COSTS AND OPERATING PLAN
What’s the operating reality of your idea? Here you’ll figure out the cost side of the equation so you can realistically bring your idea to life. Use your AI thought partner to identify different elements of operational costs.
WEEK 7: OUTLINE REVENUE MODEL
How will your idea generate revenue? You’ll explore different models to figure out what's best for your idea. Use your AI thought partner to explore different revenue stream options.
WEEK 8: PROJECT WEEK: CREATE YOUR PITCH DECK
Time for prime time. You’ll compile your learnings, business case, and MVP into a pitch deck for your internal stakeholders.
